Associate for Employment Law

We are seeking for a motivated

ASSOCIATE

for our international EMPLOYMENT LAW TEAM for a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Representing our clients in employment law (including drafting briefs, preparing for hearings, participating in proceedings, etc.)
  • Ongoing legal advice for our international and national clients
  • Independent analysis of (international) legal issues at the highest level
  • Professional communication and coordination with clients, experts, service providers, and cooperating lawyers
  • Focus on employment law with further involvement in litigation and pre-litigation as well as extrajudicial advice

What sets you apart:

  • Completed Austrian law degree
  • Excellent knowledge and application of Austrian law
  • Outstanding English skills, both orally and in writing
  • Independent and precise working style

  • An international degree (LL.M.) or work experience abroad is an advantage

Associate in International Arbitration

To expand our INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION TEAM, we are currently seeking a

DEDICATED ASSOCIATE

for a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Representing our clients in international arbitration (including drafting briefs, preparing for hearings, participating in arbitration proceedings, etc.)
  • Ongoing legal advice for our international and national clients
  • Independent analysis of (international) legal issues at the highest level
  • Professional communication and coordination with clients, experts, service providers, and cooperating lawyers
  • Focus on international dispute resolution, with an emphasis on International Arbitration, further involvement in litigation and pre-litigation as well as extrajudicial advice
