Junior Associate with experience

on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Your role:

• providing ongoing legal advice to our international and national clients
• working independently to represent our clients in employment law proceedings (in particular, drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings, attending hearings, etc.)
• conducting independent analysis of legal issues to the highest standard
• communicating and coordinating professionally with clients, group management and employees
• Preparing for and participating in specialist presentations both within and outside the firm

To expand our INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION TEAM, we are currently seeking a

DEDICATED ASSOCIATE

for a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Your role:

• Representing our clients in international arbitration (including drafting briefs, preparing for hearings, participating in arbitration proceedings, etc.)
• Ongoing legal advice for our international and national clients
• Independent analysis of (international) legal issues at the highest level
• Professional communication and coordination with clients, experts, service providers, and cooperating lawyers
• Focus on international dispute resolution, with an emphasis on International Arbitration, further involvement in litigation and pre-litigation as well as extrajudicial advice

• Completed Austrian law degree and solid command of Austrian law
