“The why, the how, and the what” is the official launch event of the revisited ICC Germany e.V. Arbitration Rules 2026 in Berlin on 9 September 2026.

The event will bring together arbitration practitioners, corporate users and representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration to discuss the key changes introduced by the revised Rules and their implications for international dispute resolution.

Friederike Schäfer will be part of the annual conference of the AJFA – Association des Juristes Français et Allemands and the Deutsch-Französische Juristenvereinigung e.V. in Lyon.

Hans Laimer and Lukas Wieser will be holding lectures in the Bachelor’s program “European Economy and Business Management” in Labor at the University of Applied Science for Business & Society, for the autumn/winter semester of 2026/2027.

Hans Georg Laimer will speak at the MANZ Rechtsakademie Spezialtagung “Haftung leitender Angestellter und Geschäftsführer:innen” on 10 September.

Ondrej Cech will be speaking as the discussion leader at the 4th edition of the ArbCEE Arbitration Retreat taking place between 18 and 19 September 2026 in Sopot, Poland.

On 17 March, the international arbitration community meets in Paris for the ICC Vis Pre-Moot Conference. Friederike Schäfer will join the conference as a speaker.
