Hans Laimer “Haftung leitender Angestellter und Geschäftsführer:innen” MANZ Spezialtagung

Hans Georg Laimer will speak at the MANZ Rechtsakademie Spezialtagung “Haftung leitender Angestellter und Geschäftsführer:innen” on 10 September.

His session covers personal liability of senior executives and managing directors under labour law, – covering assumption of organ positions and secondment, employee protection obligations, contract drafting, and the labour law consequences in case of liability.
