Christoph Schreuer speaks at UNICTRAL’s 60th anniversary

Our Of Counsel Christoph Schreuer will speak at “The New York Convention and Sovereign States: Recognition of Awards and State Responsibility” in Vienna.

Professor Schreuer joins the third panel, “Judicial Remedies for Breaches of the New York Convention – Available International Fora and Their Comparative Advantages”.

The colloquium marks UNCITRAL’s 60th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of the New York Convention Guide website. It is co-hosted by Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes and UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, and it is the first to address compliance with, and breaches of, the 1958 New York Convention directly.
