Junior Associate

Dagmar Smetanová is a Junior Associate at ZEILER with focus on dispute resolution, particularly commercial and investment arbitration.

Dagmar is a graduate of Charles University in Prague and has several years of working experience as a paralegal in international and global law firms, where she focused on commercial and competition law, as well as litigation.

She gained experience in international arbitration during her internship at the International Arbitration and Foreign Investment Protection Unit of the Czech Ministry of Finance, which she further developed through her participation in moot court competitions focused on international arbitration. As a quarter-finalist in the 31st Vis Moot, she was recognized among the best speakers of the competition. She now contributes as a coach to the Charles University Vis Moot team.

Dagmar works in Czech (native), English (fluent) and German (professional proficiency).
