Friederike Schäfer & Lisa Beisteiner will contribute at the ICC Germany in Berlin

“The why, the how, and the what” is the official launch event of the revisited ICC Germany e.V. Arbitration Rules 2026 in Berlin on 9 September 2026.

The event will bring together arbitration practitioners, corporate users and representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration to discuss the key changes introduced by the revised Rules and their implications for international dispute resolution.

During the event Friederike Schäfer will moderate the panel “The why and the how: Key changes to the 2026 ICC Rules”, and Lisa Beisteiner will contribute to the discussion “ICC Rules and Investor-State Dispute Settlement: past, present, future”.
