Ondrej Cech will moderate at the ICC Prague Arbitration Days 2026

Our Firm will be represented in Prague, also contributing to the event as a sponsor, where partner and Head of the Prague office Ondrej Cech will moderate the second panel.

Geopolitical tensions, regulatory fragmentation and technological change are redefining how disputes arise – and how they are resolved. Recent developments suggest that arbitration is no longer insulated from global dynamics, but directly influenced by them.

This year’s ICC Prague Arbitration Day reflects this shift. Under the theme “Arbitration in Times of Global Tensions”, the programme brings together practitioners and academics to examine the intersection of geopolitics, dispute resolution and emerging technologies.

“The why, the how, and the what” is the official launch event of the revisited ICC Germany e.V. Arbitration Rules 2026 in Berlin on 9 September 2026.
